Link Exchange Good Practice Policy and Terms |
The Cabin Shop is now in its 8th year online and has substantiated itself as a leader in the rustic and cabin decor industry. We have always believed in presenting practical and true content useful to the consumer and believe in search engine marketing in the same way. Therefore, we do not participate in frivolous link networks, web rings or link directories. Web sites and businesses that offer quality content relevant and valuble to the home building and decorating industry are
invited to participate in this program. In evaluating our link partners and affiliates(see affiliate program). We take some of the following criteria into account:
- google page rank
- quality and quantity of outbound links
- site design and presence
- location of outbound linking (page link depth)
- size of site (value of content) and nature of business
We strive to exchange links with sites of similar quality, market position and page rank. We do realize that some newer or less well positioned sites may have valuable content,therefore, we take all submissions for individual review. If accepted, a site can be offered either an exchange link, an affiliate membership or both. We reserve the right to refuse link exchange with certain sites or remove sites at anytime. We keep our link exchange catagories to a minimum to allow all partners to be linked one page deep from our home page. We require back links to be not more than one page deep similarly.
